Alan Reid will give talk to Masons

MEMBERS of the Clitheroe and District Masonic Fellowship heard W/Bro Brian Horne, Masonic Provincial Almoner, explain the workings of the charity which helps widows and family members in a time of need.
Much discussion then followed and he answered many questions from the members.
Donations were presented for the East Lancashire Masonic and West Riding Masonic charities.
The next meeting on September 8th will be held at West Bradford Village Hall at 2-30 p.m. The speaker will be the Rev. A. Reid, who will talk about the humorous aspects of a vicar's life.
