Firefighters tackle Nelson house blaze
Crews spent yesterday evening (Friday) extinguishing a blaze at a derelict property in Bankhouse Road.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene just before 10 pm and on arrival, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel to tackle the fire.
A spokesman for Lancashire Fire and Rescue confirmed there were no injuries and that the cause is under investigation.
