COMMONWEALTH Games bronze medal winner Charlotte Hartley will return to Clitheroe Hockey Club later this month, for a two-day training camp aimed at local youngsters.
Hartley will be one of four top coaches at the camp, which proved a huge success when it was launched last year.

More than 30 youngsters from across the Ribble Valley attended last time out, and it is hoped that success is matched by similar numbers this time around.

The camp will take place on the weekend of August 30th and 31st and will run at the Clitheroe-based club between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on both days.

Head coach Hartley will be joined by Clitheroe club coaches Nikki O'Donnell, Steven Palmer and Hannah Laverty for the camp.

And it represents the perfect opportunity for children – both boys and girls – between the ages of five and 18 to learn new skills and take up a new sport.

Priced at £30 for the two-day course, the camp is open to children across the Ribble Valley, with all clubs and schools invited.
